Our team holds a blend of trade qualifications and tertiary education in Carpentry, Formwork, Construction Management, Estimating, and Contract Administration and Finance. This combination of practical know-how and academic insight allows us to offer our clients strategic, well-informed outcomes grounded in real-world experience.

MARCO TIGANIMANAGING DIRECTOR
CERTIFICATE III CARPENTRY / BUILDERS LICENSE (GENERAL CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION) Marco completed his Certificate III in Carpentry through a leading contractor, after working on a number of large civil and infrastructure projects. His appetite for formwork and construction, and his desire to be his own boss led to him starting ULTRABUILT with only himself and a small crew of carpenters, taking on their first commercial project in 2015. Since then, Marco has led the business and grown it into the 70+ direct staff, and $20m turnover business that it is today. Clients still have direct contact with Marco in the day to day operations of the business, his management of resources and access to his years of experience in regards to business operations and formwork and concrete construction.

stuart yovanCONTRACTS MANAGER
BACHELOR OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT & ECONOMICS Stuart is a seasoned commercial construction professional with almost 20 years of experience based in the South Australian construction industry. Stuart began his career with Manuele Engineers in structural steel fabrication as an estimator, soon switching over to work with principal building contractors. Returning to the sub contractor side in 2020, Stuart has brought his expertise across estimating, project coordination, contract management, and client engagement to ULTRABUILT.
In his role as Contracts Manager at ULTRA BUILT, Stuart plays a pivotal role in pre-construction and project delivery of both formwork and concrete packages. Stuart’s strategic oversight and pre-construction experience supports the company’s commitment to safety, excellence, and relationship-driven service delivery. email: [email protected] |

jodie cengarleADMIN FINANCE MANAGER
Jodie joined ULTRABUILT in 2021, in the companies first full time Administration and Finance Role. Jodie quickly made an impact on the day to day admin and financial management of the company. Her attention to detail, and proficient abilities in financial cash flow forecasting, budgeting and cost control made her an instant asset to the business. As well as the financial operations of the business, Jodie is responsible for the HR function of the business, managing upwards of 70 staff with respect to licensing, safety, PPE, and payroll. Jodie is the friendly face that greats you in the office, or the bubbly voice on the end of the line when you call the office.

PAGE CAIPROJECT COORDINATOR
BACHELOR OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT & ECONOMICS (HONOURS) Page joined ULTRABUILT in March 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in the local South Australian industry. His background includes working on commercial and high-rise residential projects with award-winning builders and tier 1 metal roofing & cladding company. With strong academic credentials—a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Construction Management and Economics (graduating in the top 15%)—and practical skills in process optimisation, contract administration, and HSE (Cert IV), Page is dedicated to adding value and contributing to the successful completion of ULTRABUILT's projects.
